With a blend of unique flavors from the Far East, Europe and the Pacific Northwest, Bellingham Chef Robert Fong presents five of his favorite dishes. His “Chef’s Choice” evening for an audience of 14 gastronomically-minded students includes the following entrees: Seven Spice Chicken Wings, Pan-Fried Garlic Chicken Steamed with Grand Marnier, Lightly Fried Alaskan Halibut with Sweet Chilies and Jalapeños, Ginger Prawns, and Roast Duck and Cucumber.
