Each year across the country, hundreds of new students enroll in Culinary School to learn what it takes to become a chef. From basic sauces and stocks to meat fabrication, classic culinary skills and restaurant management, the students follow a demanding program. In this video, Meredith, a first year student at the Bellingham Technical College, talks about her expectations when she entered the Culinary Arts Program.
